Order Processing Times:

  • Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming that order. If you do not receive an email within 12 hours of your purchase, please check your junk mail folder. We recommend that you safe list the sender name from our first email message if you would like to receive prompt updates from us right in your inbox.
  • Once your order is confirmed and the payment for it is approved it will take 1-3 business days to process your shipment.
  • You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your package is shipped.
  • Shipping takes about 1-5 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Returns:

  • We will gladly accept returns and issue a full refund for any of your Case Gorilla orders as long as you have contacted our customer service department and have stated your order ID number, within 30 days of receiving your order. You may receive a full refund or request an exchange.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise with any issues you may have.

Our customer service representatives are committed to resolving any issue to keep our customers satisfied. We would therefore like you to take note of the following terms of service that may affect you:

  • Refunded sums will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of placing the original order.
  • It may take up to 2 weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
  • Customers interested in returns and a refund are required to cover the cost of shipping back to us.
  • You must provide a working tracking number before any refund or replacement can be issued.
